変体がな(Hentai gana) are old Japanese hiragana. They have not been taught from the change of law of elementary schools on 1900. Most of young people can't read them. Nowadays a little number of shop signs are written in them but they will disappear in decades, I think.

It is not heitai-gana.
秋(Aki) was removed from 春夏秋冬(Haru Natsu Aki Fuyu: spring, summer, fall, winter).
There is no Aki. "Aki nai" in Japanese. And "Akinai" means "business".
